You can change the Print Manager priority by choosing Background Printing in the Options menu.
In the Printing Priority group box, choose one of the following options:

Low
Print Manager uses less processing time, slowing printing so other applications can run faster.

Print Manager and other applications use equal processing time
Print Manager uses more processing time, speeding printing, but causing your applications to

run slower.
Installing and Configuring a Printer
You can use the Print Manager to install and configure other printers, but not printers that use the
Microsoft Windows Printing System. If you want information about installing and configuring other
printers, open the Print Manager's on-line help.
