Figure 8 Change filter element
To start the maintenance work, please follow these steps:
SP190-H/DIL-EX2 T* with weather protection cover: Open the two clamps and remove protection
•
cover from the sample dilution probe.
Loosen filter lid
•
element sealings, filter element with filter element holder and filter's knurled head thumb screw.
Note
Unscrew the knurled head thumb screw of the filter and remove the filter element.
•
Check the seals of the filter element and replace if necessary.
•
Check O-rings of the filter lid and replace if necessary.
•
Place new filter element on the filter element holder.
•
Screw-on the knurled head thumb screw again.
•
Clean the filter chamber. Now, while the filter lid with the filter element is removed, you can clean
•
the inside of the probe tube to remove any residue.
