To assemble the sample probe, please insert the filter lid with the new filter element back into
the probe. To tighten the filter lid, put the filter lid clamp against the studs and turn the handle to
the right.
SP190-H/DIL-EX2 T* with weather protection cover: Place protection cover back on the sample
dilution probe. Secure the protection cover with both clamps.

19.1 Disassembly of the dilution block

For disassembling of the dilution block, the heating should be switched off so that the probe can cool
down.
We recommend to proceed according to the following steps:
SP190-H/DIL-EX2 T* with weather protection cover: Open the protection cover of the probe.
Loosen the four screws on the top of the dilution block.
Now it is possible to remove the dilution block.
19.2 Cleaning of the critical orifice, the eductor and checking or changing of the O-
rings

Figure 9 shows the position of the orifice, the eductor and the O-ring seals in the dilution block

Do not clean the critical orifice and the eductor mechanically.
Clean them in an ultrasonic bath!
