Making Measurements
Frequency Counter (for U1282A only)
– Use the frequency counter for low voltage applications. Never use the frequency
WARNING
counter on AC power line systems.
– For input more than ± 1.8 Vp, you are required to use the frequency measurement
mode available under the current or voltage measurement instead of the frequency
counter.
The frequency counter can be set to divide a signal for megahertz (MHz) measurement. You
can use this to measure the stability of the crystal oscillator clock over time.
1 Position the rotary switch to
