Changing the variation count

This setting is used with the multimeter's AutoHold feature (see page 106). The default
setting is 50 counts (0050) based on the low definition display (dddd). The default setting is
multiplied by 10 when you switch to the high definition display (ddddd). When the variation
of the measured value exceeds the value of the variation count, the AutoHold feature will
be ready to trigger.
