Description: Enable/Disable UMP Echo Test function in UMP Firmware. It requires
either ump14a.bin/ump14b.bin test firmware or UMP Firmware. Options that will work
with test firmware are '-o', '-c', '-i' and '-a'. Options that will work with UMP firmware
are '-e' and '-d'.
Syntax: umpecho [-o | -c | -i | -a] | [-e] | [-d]
