Registering LES to LES list

Follow the procedure below to register a newly constructed LES. For LES ID see
the Appendix.
1. Press the [F8], [9] and [2] keys to show the LES list.
2. Use the arrow keys to place the cursor where desired. For example, choose
005 in the AOR(WEST) column.
3. Press the [Enter] key.
