Novametrix Capnostat Simulator Tb 1265/7100.
Tools Needed
Install the battery.
Test Setup
On the Novatrix Simulator, set the following:
Set inspired CO
Set% CO
Set Sensor Location to ZERO CELL.
Set Source Current to NORMAL.
Set CO
Set Temperature to NORMAL.
Monitor Test (for EtCO

to OFF.

mode to CONTINUOUS.

Do this...
18.1 Set the selector switch to
MONITOR.

Manual mode.)
18.2 Attach the EtCO simulator

to the M Series input
connections.

Observe this...
CO SENSOR WARMUP message displays.

Note: You may need to wait up to 5 minutes for the warm-up
message to disappear.
If the message REPLACE CO SENSOR displays, reinsert the

Novametrix Simulator Cable.
Note that the message ZEROING CO
an additional 20 seconds. Automatic zeroing will occur if the unit
had not been zeroed at the time of its last use.
