Hydraulic Rod and Hydraulic Piston
1. Tap out the spring pin.
2. Remove the hydraulic rod.
3. Remove the plug (screw head size: 17 mm) from front of
hydraulic cylinder.
4. Inject the compressed air through the plug hole, and take out the
hydraulic piston.
CAUTION
• Do not put your hand into the hydraulic cylinder block
because the hydraulic piston jumps out with a strong force,
which is dangerous
(When reassembling)
• Install the piston, noting O-ring and back-up ring (3).

• Apply grease to the piston bottom contacts with hydraulic rod.
• Apply transmission fluid to the cylinder, and then install the
hydraulic piston (1).
