DISASSEMBLING
Relief Valve Setting Pressure
1. Start the engine and warm up the transmission fluid, and then
stop the engine.
2. Remove the plug (1) (PT 1/8) on the PTO valve spool (2).
3. Set the pressure gauge.
4. Start the engine and measure the pressure.
5. For adjustment, use the reducing valve adjuster (3) of the
regulator valve (5).
IMPORTANT
• Do not connect the universal joint of the implement to the
tractor PTO shaft while testing.
Independent PTO
pressure
Condition
• Engine speed .......... Idling speed
• Oil temperature ....... 40 to 60 °C
(Reference)
• Turn to clockwise direction → Pressure is increased
• Turn to counterclockwise direction → Pressure is decreased
