    2.2.2 Principle of Operation The HYDROFLEX PLUS can be used to wash plates for a variety of test routines, mainly in ELISA applications. The HYDROFLEX PLUS is a microplate strip washer for automated washing, aspiration, dispensing, and shaking of 96-well microplates.

    8. Maintenance and Cleaning Priming Priming is performed to fill the liquid system of the HYDROFLEX PLUS with liquid and to remove all air from the tubes. A priming step must also be performed when switching between buffers. If different wash buffers are used in a wash program, the instrument performs a prime step automatically before switching to the next liquid.
