Adjusting during observation

Reflected light brightfield observation
Adjust the illuminated area in order to acquire the high contrast
image.
Narrow down the field diaphragm so that the field diaphragm image
is circumscribed to the field of view depending on each objective
you use, and block the unnecessary light.
Reflected light darkfield observation
Be sure to open the field diaphragm during the observation.
