2. Select Job you wish to run.
(In this example, we are selecting
Job #2 using soft key 2.)
3. When you press Job # soft key this
screen appears. Press RUN key on
Control Panel to start Tabber.
NOTE: To check setup, press and hold
INFO key on Tabber Control Panel.
A screen appears that contains settings
and adjustments for job being run.

4. Pressing RUN key changes screen to
Running mode so that Rate in pieces
per hour and number of Pieces run
are displayed.
5. To stop Tabber, press Red Stop key
next to RUN key on Control Panel.
INFO SCREEN INFORMATION
Description
Number of Job currently selected.
Number of tabs being applied. First number is Head 1. Second is for
Head 2. An F means tab is being applied to lead edge of piece.
Distance between lead edge of tab and next tab (including space
between tabs), plus 0.01".
First number is for Head 1, second for Head 2.
Length of piece in inches.
Two tab types: Clear and Opaque. First is for Head 1. Second for
Head 2. (See Appendix B for samples.)
Indicates voltage on Sensors when a tab is present under Sensors.
Clear and Opaque Tabs will have different voltage readings.
This voltage is used to determine difference between tab and backing
to cause tab to feed.
