Select the Manual Cursor mode for cursor measurement; click the buttons as:
Analyze
Cursor

Select channel Source for measurements, click the buttons as:

CH1, CH2, MATH (1, 2, 3 and 4) or LA (for VS5000D only).

Select the Cursor type by clicking the appropriate buttons; in the Manual Cursor
window, there are X and Y operation windows to select the cursor type.

Move the cursors to adjust the increment between the cursors: (Details in the
following Table)

NOTE: Cursor could be moved only when the cursor function menu is displayed.

To get measurement values:
Position of Cursor 1 (time cursor centered on the midpoint of screen; Voltage
cursor centered on channel ground level).
Position of Cursor 2 (same as above).
Horizontal space between cursor 1 and 2 (
units in Hz, kHz, MHz, GHz.
Vertical space between cursor 1 and 2 (
If the source is LA (for VS5000D only), the measurement value is as follows:
Position of Cursor 1 (time cursor centered on the midpoint of screen).
Position of Cursor 2 (time cursor centered on the midpoint of screen).
Cursor 1 value: Hex.
Cursor 1 value: Binary.
Cursor 2 value: Hex.
Cursor 2 value: Binary.
NOTE: The values will be automatically displayed on the right upper corner of screen
when the cursor function menu is hidden or displaying other menus.
