Initial Actions
• Check that media type settings are correct.
• Check that the paper meets specifications. Refer to Section 6 for product specifications.
• Check the supplies life of the Print Cartridge, refer to
Replace the Print Cartridge if it has reached end of life.
Procedure
• Switch off the power.
• Clean the contacts on the Print Cartridge and the LVPS / HVPS PWB.
• Switch on the power and make a test print.
The test print looks OK.

Replace the LVPS / HVPS PWB;
