1. Fix the Triceps Cable (4215mm) (#74) as shown in image, secure with 2 Pulley Bushing (#66), 8 Pulley
(#63), 7 Hex Bolts M10x45 (#59), 1 Hex Bolt M10x65 (#67), 16 Washers Φ10 (#14), and 8 Nuts(#20).
