IV. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: 1. The gasket needs to be placed at both ends of the bolts (against the bolt head and nut), as shown in images. 2. Do not fully tighten all bolts until the end. During assembly tighten all bolts and nuts by hand first then tighten with wrench at the end.

STEP 3 1. Attach together (#7), (#8) and (#18) using: • 4x flat spacers (#29) • 4x bolts (#24) as shown. 2. Put the pre-installed parts in step 1 onto (#6) as shown and tighten them with 1x bolts (#25), 2x flat spacer (#29), and 1x nuts (#30).

STEP 4 1. Attach (#10) and (#11) with 4x bolts (#28), 8x flat gasket (#29), and 4x nuts (#30) as pictured. 2. Place the pre-loaded pieces into (#6) as shown and tighten with 4x bolts (#24) and 4x flat spacer (#29).

COOL DOWN Finish each workout with a light jog or walk for at least 1 minute. Then complete 5 to 10 minutes of stretching to cool down. This will increase the flexibility of your muscles and will help prevent post- exercise problems.
