Even if this error occurs, remote I/O communications start
for the Master Unit. Remote I/O communications are not
possible for the Slave Unit. If a Slave Unit is missing, mon-
itoring for Slave Unit participation will continue. When the
Slave Unit joins the network, normal status is recovered. If
there is an unregistered Slave Unit in the network, normal
status is recovered by correcting the registration table and
cycling the power supply.
