Turns ECM (Error Correction Mode) for transmission 'OFF' and 'ON'.
This switch does not affect the settings for one-touch or coded speed
dialing. (See "Using Speed Dialing," on p. 2-32.)
All transmissions are sent in the ECM if the other party's fax machine
supports ECM.
ECM is turned 'OFF'.
