• TX Document Archiving only works for memory sending (including Relay
Broadcasting).
• TX Document Archiving does not support the following sending methods: Direct
sending, Polling sending, and Transferring.
• While the TX Document Archiving feature is enabled, the Direct TX LED is off and
you cannot use Direct sending. If Direct sending is required, the document must
be sent manually.

Turning the TX Document Archiving ON

Follow this procedure to turn TX Document Archiving 'ON'.
NOTE
• Before turning <TX DOC. ARCHIVING> 'ON', the Transfer mode must be set up. (See
"Setting Up the Machine for Document Transfer," on p. 9-3.)
• The default setting is 'OFF'.

Press [Data Registration].
