Maintenance and Service of the Microscope

The microscope is designed to be maintenance free and should not be opened or adjusted by
anyone other than a PerkinElmer Service Representative. Contact PerkinElmer if you have
any questions regarding maintenance or servicing.
The optical surface of all microscope objectives should be left free from debris. To clean the
lenses, wipe clean with alcohol soaked cotton swabs or lint-free tissues. For further
information refer to the documentation supplied with the microscope.
Damage to the microscope as a result of accident, neglect, misuse, or as a result of service
or modification by anyone other than PerkinElmer will invalidate the warranty.
