Attach a communications cable from a serial port on the control module
(PC) to the serial port on the SmartPrep.

Select the serial port on the control module to which you connected the ca-
ble, then select

A message is displayed indicating that the process will begin; click

After the configuration process is complete, a message is displayed inform-
ing you that the process has been successfully completed. Click
close the dialog box.
