3 If you have selected a pulse port or a terminal of a pulse port or a
channel that sources a pulse, there is an additional option:
– Frequency Multiplier: You can set the pulse frequency to a multiple
or fraction of the system clock rate.
– Click Details to view the options:

Frequency Multiplier Options for the Connection With a Pulse Generator
The selection window shows the present Frequency Multiplier Range
(FMR). This is one of the global system parameters. It can be changed
for a whole data port or individual terminals connected to a pulse
port. All terminals of a data port have to have the same frequency. For
details refer to "FMR and Blocklength Granularity" on page 31.
How to Set Additional Generator Parameters
1 Click the second tab of the generator parameter window.
