15 Troubleshooting
Probable cause
2) The handset is subscribed to a
system.
3) The IP-DECT system (release
3.x.x and lower) does not support
Easy Registration.
4) The IP-DECT system (release
4.x and higher) is not configured
for Easy Registration.
5) There is ambient equipment
disturbing your IP-DECT system.

Action or comment
2) Unsubscribe the handset
and then subscribe it by
following the instructions in
Subscribe Handset in IP-
DECT System using Easy
Registration on page 83.
3) Subscribe the handset
manually, see Subscribe
Handset in DECT System
Manually on page 84.
4) Subscribe the handset
manually, see Subscribe
Handset in DECT System
Manually on page 84,
or
configure the system to
support Easy Registration,
see the applicable
Installation and Operation
Manual for your IP-DECT
system.
5) Try to subscribe the
handset in other area in your
building.
6) If the problem still exists,
restart your handset and
subscribe the handset.
