FineLine 300HD Plasma System
Blow compressed air (100 psi maximum) into the coolant supply hose. This will
force the remaining coolant from the torch, torch leads, and supply hose into
the reservoir and into the bucket through the pump supply hose. DO NOT blow
air into to the coolant supply fitting on the back of the Power Supply.
Reconnect the pump supply hose to the pump and clean up any leaked
coolant.
Unscrew the coolant filter housing (turn to the left) and remove the old coolant
filter. Install a new coolant filter (part number KP4730-1) and replace the
coolant filter housing. Clean up any leaked coolant.
Reconnect the coolant supply hose on the rear of the Power Supply and clean
up any leaked coolant.
Reinstall the Power Supply's right side cover, including the coolant filter
access panel. Tighten all screws.
Discard old coolant and filter housing according to national and local codes.
Follow all of the steps in Section 3.16 to fill the cooling system with coolant.
