Reinstall frame around center shaft ends as an adult
assistant guides gearcase shaft into U-joint assembly.
IMPORTANT: Make sure gearcase shaft is completely
engaged in U-joint assembly.

Secure each bearing to frame with two round head
square neck bolts and two locking nuts. See
Figure 54.
10. Tighten bearing set screws. See Figure 47.
11. Align holes in brush core with center shaft holes and
reinstall four hex bolts through holes. Secure with
locking nuts. See Figure 44.

12. Reinstall brush shield and secure with four hex bolts
and four flat steel washers. See Figure 55.
13. Reinstall brush attachment to frame. See Install Brush
to Frame on page 8.
