TPMC-15/17-L Series
NOTE: When using Crescat-QM wiring, four additional wires are included for
making Cresnet connections. Refer to "QM Network Wiring (QM-L Versions Only)"
on page 22 for cable specifications.
Pushbuttons
Five pushbuttons are located beneath the touchscreen as shown in the following
diagram. The leftmost button is recessed and is a hard reset used to reboot the
touchpanel. The other four buttons are programmable. Refer to the latest version of
the Crestron Isys i/O™ TPMC-15 & TPMC-17 Series Programming Guide (Doc.
6350) for more information.
TPMC-15/17 Pushbuttons
For information on rebooting or shutting down the touchpanel, refer to
"SHUTDOWN Details" on page 46.
TPMC-CH-IMC Interface Module (CH-L Versions Only)
For networks without CAT5 audio and video, the TPMC-CH-IMC is available to
convert unbalanced video sent over coax cable and balanced/unbalanced audio sent
over shielded, twisted-pair wiring to Crestron Certified Wire for connection to the
TPMC-15-CH-L or TPMC-17-CH-L touchpanels.
NOTE: When using a TPMC-CH-IMC to provide video and audio to the
touchpanel, any source that is to use the second input will only be able to send video
to the touchpanel as the audio port will be connected to the audio output of the
TPMC-CH-IMC. To maximize the usability of the touchpanel's A/V ports, Crestron
recommends connecting the touchpanel's video inputs to the CAT5 outputs of a
CNX-PVID8x4 (or similar device) and the audio port to a CAT5 port of a
CNX-BIPAD8 (or similar device). Contact Crestron's True Blue Support for a
solution that is specific to your system.
