This is a troubleshooting guide that helps you locate where the problem is when you use the Snapmaker 2.0
3-in-1 printer, and tells you what to do to solve it. It's divided into two chapters. The first chapter addresses hard-
ware problems, while the second addresses software problems. To ensure all the glossaries are consistent, a
parts list is included in Appendix, where you can also find product specifications.
If you have tried all the actions delineated in this guide and still aren't able to solve the problem, we are here to
help. Please contact support@snapmaker.com with a detailed description of the problem and a video of your
troubleshooting process, and send a carbon copy (cc.) to your sales representative ( @snapmaker.
