INSPECTION AND REPAIR
2.Measure:
Piston pin outside diameter
Out of specification → Replace.
Outside diameter (piston pin):
17.991 ~ 18.000 mm
(0.7083 ~ 0.7087 in)
1 Micrometer
3.Measure:
Piston pin bore inside diameter
Out of specification → Replace.
Piston pin bore inside diameter:
18.004 ~ 18.015 mm
(0.7088 ~ 0.7093 in)

CRANKSHAFT

1.Measure:
Crank width A
Out of specification → Replace crankshaft.
Crank width:
60.25 ~ 60.30 mm (2.372 ~ 2.374 in)
Runout C
Out of specification → Replace crankshaft
and/or bearing.
Runout limit:
0.03 mm (0.0012 in)
Big end side clearance D
Out of specification → Replace big end
bearing, crank pin and/or connecting rod.
Big end side clearance:
0.35 ~ 0.85 mm (0.013 ~ 0.033 in)
Small end free play F
Out of specification → Replace connecting
rod.
Small end free play:
0.8 mm (0.03 in)
