ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT
4.Tighten:
Nut 1 (clutch boss)
NOTE:
Tighten the nut (clutch boss) while holding
the clutch boss with the universal clutch
holder 2.
Universal clutch holder:
P/N. YM-91042
Nut 1 (clutch boss):
75 Nm (7.5 m • kg, 54 ft • lb)
5.Bend:
Lock washer tabs
(along nut flats)
6.Install:
Push lever assembly 1
Bolt (push lever):
12 Nm (1.2 m • kg, 8.7 ft • lb)
7.Install:
Clutch plate 1
Friction plate 2
NOTE:
Apply 4-stroke engine oil to the plates and
install.
Install the clutch plates and friction plates
alternately on the clutch boss, starting
with a friction plate and ending with a fric-
tion plate.
8.Install:
Push rod 2 1
Ball 2
