Initiate Dialling of 0 at Incoming Calls
For an call from the telephone to the Intercom system, it is possible to configure, that button 0 (at the
respective called station) is dialled automatically. This feature can be used e.g. in combination with the
following Intercom functions:
Call Request to a Central Control Desk
(the call lasts until it is taken over)
Triggering of the Direct Dialling function
(e.g. call to a station, initiation of a predefined conference etc.)
Configuration CCT 800
Select Interfaces – Telephone – TEL:
Activate the checkbox Dial 0 at incoming call for the telephone interface.

DTMF After-Dial Mode
In standard (in PABX mode), 8 seconds after entry of the last digit of the respective telephone number,
the after-dial mode is switched automatically from DTMF dialling to "Intercom dialling" (i.e. possibility
for after dialling in the Intercom system).
Note:
But via dialling 77, it is possible to activate the DTMF dialling mode again, see also
phone Number in Display" on page
Via configuration in CCT 800 it is possible, to deactivate the possibility for after dialling in the Intercom
system – i.e. the after-dial mode is switched fix to DTMF dialling.
Configuration CCT 800
Select Interfaces – Telephone – TEL
Activate the checkbox Fix DTMF After-Dial Mode for the telephone interface.
Blocking Incoming Calls
It is possible, to block calls from the telephone net to the Intercom system.

Select Interfaces – Telephone – TEL
If the checkbox No hook-off at incoming call is activated, it will not be possible to call from a tele-
phone over the telephone interface, into the Intercom system.
