Attendant Contact for "Off-hook"

For the telephone interface an attendant contact can be defined. This contact becomes active as soon
as the telephone interface goes off-hook (i.e. as soon as the call number of telephone interface is
dialled).
Note:
If a (dialable) call number has been defined for the attendant contact, it is possible to put out V24-mes-
sages (e.g. for Comwin).
Configuration CCT 800
Select Subscriber – Attendant contacts:
Right click on the telephone interface and select the entry Add attendant contact.
In the folder Attendant contacts select the telephone interface.
Via right click (onto the blank, grey CCT 800 section to the right) and the function Add Output, select
an output contact.
At the tab Call no. / Function click on the button Configure Functions and enter the call number
of the telephone interface.
Note:
With right click and selection of Add Call no./Function, a new line can be created in the dialogue.

After Dialling Functions

Following after dialling functions are available via the telephone interface:

In order to be able to use the after dialling function on the telephone, an appropriate configuration in
CCT 800 is required,
Further connection – 0
Door opening – e.g. 1
Attention:
When in use of the telephone interface for the door opener function, the button 7 may not be confi-
gured as door opener!
Send re-call request – 5
Attention:
No automatic answer from an Intercom station to a telephone possible (e.g. with F)!
Microphone mute – 7
Conference – 8
At the Intercom station, after diallings (in the Intercom system) can be made 8 seconds after the last
digit of the respective telephone number has been dialled – 77 switches back to DTMF-dialling.
Note:
In case of an outgoing call via dialling the interface call number in auto dialler mode
after diallings at the Intercom station are possible!
