Auto Dialler Mode
Individual Messages
For the several call types (conversation, call, emergency call) and for each station (to/from which a call
is built up) it is possible to define, whether additional information shall be put out.
These "individual messages" are put out at the corresponding point of time (e.g. at start up of a
conversation) at the telephone (see also
It is possible to configure "individual messages" for the

The messages are composed out of single WAV files, e.g. "Conversation to..." "one" "zero" "five"
(each word under quotation marks is a single WAV file),

Note:
The announcement of the call no. for hexadecimal numbers is not possible.
I.e. if, e.g. in case of input messages, hexadecimal input numbers are used, then these hexadecimal
digits will not be announced.
Configuration CCT 800
At Interfaces – Telephone – TEL – Folder telephone interface – Telephone functions select the
button Individual messages.
In the appearing dialogue select via right click on the blank area, the entry Add message for each
desired individual message.
Call number: Enter the call number of the Intercom station, to/from which the call is initiated. If the
message shall be valid for all Intercom stations, enter "*".
Call Type: Select the event e.g. "Conversation started" or the type of the respective call e.g. "Call 1
(Normal call)".
Call no. announcement activated: If this checkbox is active, the call number of the calling Inter-
com station is announced after the respective message (in a way like "two-one-five").
Retries defines, if the message is played once, twice or if it is permanently repeated until "*" is
pressed at the telephone or the respective call request is taken over with "#"
Selection of "only 1 time" , "2 times" or "until finished" (for permanent repetition until pressing
telephone button).
Message number: Enter the corresponding no. (resp. ID) of the message to be put out. The mes-
sage numbers of the standard speech messages can be found at
