Pre-Recorded Audio for Speech Storage

For the download of the several speech messages (WAV files) into the digital G3-TEL / G8-TEL, the con-
figuration software CCT 800 has to be used.
Audio Format
WAV (all sample rates stereo/mono)
Steps for Configuration
With the PreAudio Client of the CCT 800, the following configurations are carried out:
1. Import of audio files into the library
2. Creation of a playlist
3. Adding of audio files to the playlist via drag-and-drop
4. Enabling of files for transmission to the server
5. Allocation of IDs
6. Selection of the destination clients
7. Download of the playlist to the card(s)

To open the PreAudio Client select Intercom Server – Prerecorded audio...:

Depending on the selection in the area (1) one of the following is displayed in the area (2):
the "Library" – for management of the individual audio files
the "Playlist Editor"
Import / Export of audio files
Import: Opens a window for selection of audio files, to be loaded into the pre-audio client.
Export: Opens a window for selection of a folder, to which the audio files shall be exported.
