Document feed scanning area
Documents loaded in the feeder are automatically fed to the scanning area for scanning.
Platen glass
Place documents to scan on the platen glass. Also, use the platen glass to place thick or bound documents

Drawer 1 left cover
Open this cover when clearing a paper jam in paper drawer 1.
Drawer 2 left cover (Cover of the Optional Cassette Feeding Module-AD1)
Open this cover when clearing a paper jam in paper drawer 2.
Fixing unit
When a paper jam occurs around the fixing unit, clear the paper jam from here.
Left cover
Open this cover to clear a paper jam inside the main unit.
Toner cartridge
Replace the toner cartridge when the toner runs out.
