BATTERY - CHARGER
Probable cause
DANGER
Prior to any operation requiring charger
cover removal, th e battery must be
disconnected and the charger must be
unplugged from the AC outlet. Failure to do
so could result in death or serious injury to
personnel.
Connections on transformer inlet terminals block :
220 VAC - 50 Hz

Single pole circuit breaker :
- 15 Amps on 24 MO 40A models
- 20 Amps on 24 MO 65A models
Output fuse :
- 40 Amps on 24 MO 40A models
- 80 Amps on 24 MO 65A models
NOTE
A spare output fuse is strapped inside the
charger cover.
Solution
Move the jumper from "test" position to
"propor." position on the electronic card.
Replace the fuse. Check voltage at output and
input of the transformer.
Contact JLG Product Support.
Contact JLG Product Support
Leave the batteries to rest before resuming
charge.
Disconnect and reconnect the batteries. Contact
JLG Product Support if the fault persists.
Connect the battery from the work platform to
the charger.
