Possible cause
The MultiPASS L60 may
not be set to receive
automatically.
The MultiPASS L60 may
have a document in
memory, leaving very little
or no memory available.
An error may have
occurred during reception.
The multi-purpose tray
may be empty.
The telephone line may
not be connected properly.
The MultiPASS L60 may
not be in Fax/Tel Mode.
The MultiPASS L60 may
have a document in memory, stored in memory. See
leaving very little or no
memory available.
Solution
For the MultiPASS L60 to
receive faxes automatically,
it must be in FAX ONLY
MODE, ANS.MACHINE
MODE, or Fax/Tel Mode.
See page 7-3.
Print out any documents
stored in memory.
See pages 7-17 and 7-18.
Check the LCD display for
an error message. See page
11-36 for a listing of the
MultiPASS L60's error
messages.
Print an activity report and
look for an error code. See
page 10-2.
Make sure the multi-
purpose tray has paper in it.
Make sure all telephone
line connections are secure.
For the MultiPASS L60
to switch automatically
between telephone and fax
calls, it must be in Fax/Tel
Mode. See page 7-3.
Print out any documents
pages 7-17 and 7-18.
