Thread tension
The thread tension on conventional machines is adjusted with a spring. The reproduction of the desired thread
tension is di cult. The VETRON sets the thread tension with a step motor. The task of the tension spring is taken over
by a elastomer. A second thread tension on conventional machines needs a additional tension unit.

Automatic thread tension adjustment depending on material thickness
The tension will be adjusted with the information received from the material
thickness recognition. You can activate this function with the parameter 034.
With a lower percentage the increase will be less than with a higher percentage.
