3.The scale measuring strip is located at the side of
the Up & Down mounting plate. measure the distance
from the surface to the cutter head to ensure the
scales accuracy. If the scale requires adjusting reset
the scale's sight line to the correct measurement and
secure.

Adjust the scale's sight line based on
the distance from the bed's rail to
bottom of cutter knife.

alignment cam bolts (4) are located
on the Black Plate located behind the
Motor Mounting Plate (2) at the top,
(2) at the bottom. The Bolts have a
cam action to adjust the left to right
(Side to side) movement of the cutter
head. Both cams on one side of the
motor needs to be turned equal
amounts in order to raise or lower that
side of the cutter head.
Note:
only (2) of the cam bolts need
to be adjusted to move the cutter
head. Be sure to not overly cam the
bolt or this may restrict the smooth
movement of the cutter along the gan-
try.
