Once the operator has removed the product from the PPA and placed it in the
box/container, they can either press the Box on the screen or press the
corresponding PTL button to bring forward the next box/container.
This process repeats until all items for an order are presented and confirmed
picked.
4.3.1.2. Pick Exceptions
If the product is missing, then the operator indicates how much product is
missing from the tote that is presented. They may be asked upon dismissing
the tote to re-count the remaining items in the tote if a discrepancy is noted
from the amount of inventory Cortex is showing in that tote, to the amount of
inventory removed for both the order and any missing product (Figure 4-20).
