a. When you add a container, select the unknown container on the
monitor. A pop-up window will appear (Figure 5-12).
b. Manually enter or scan the barcode of the container in the Enter License
Plate field.
c. Click the Keep button.
d. The system will return to normal operation.

5.2.6. Duplicate Scan

Sometimes containers are broken up into two or more for the same LPN
(License Plate number). Similar to the "carton full" option that is handled at
picking, this is done during incoming orders. Therefore, the order is broken up
to be able to fit the containers. The light tower shows blue and green.
The conveyors are not allowed to have the same license plate on the
workstations or conveyors at the same moment in time.
