2.6.3. LOTO - Machine Maintenance and Repair

You must shut down and lock out the Perfect Pick Integrated Work Station
(PPIWS) to prevent others from inadvertently applying power while you are
working on the machine.
Be aware that there could be more than one technician working on the
machine. In this case, you could see more than one lock on the hasp.
Power down the PPIWS and install the lockout device as follows:
1. Notify all personnel that you are about to begin the LOTO procedure.
2. Place the "Caution" sign on the monitor (Figure 2-5).
