3.5. Cortex Software

3.5.1. Workstation User Interface (WUI)

A software application containing features and information to match the picking
and inducting design of the workstation area. The WUI has a configurable
amount physical/virtual work zones (Figure 3-8).

3.5.2. Warehouse Real Time Controller (WRTC)

The WRTC communicates to the Workstations or conveyors telling them when
to move, and tracks the movement through the Workstations/Conveyors
relaying it back to the AC so the WUI and PTLs are informed of the container
location.
