Firmware Upgrade
The firmware upgrade process for the SiteDialer is different than that of a traditional NetGuardian.
Uploading a .mpb file and a .bin file from the MyDPS Firmware Downloads page is not recommended,
as doing that will wipe all the voice files stored on the SiteDialer. To restore the voice files due to
uploading a .bin file, use the procedure below in section 8.1 as if you were updating the firmware from
scratch.
The Site Dialer Edit software pictured below in section 8.1 is included in the firmware update zip file. For
more information, refer to the SiteDialerEdit user manual.

Create Voice Configurations
To generate voice config files from currently open configuration:
1. Click on the
Generate and Upload Voice button at the top of the screen.
2. When prompt appears, select start to send POST request.

3. To upload new web and firmware, type in SiteDialer IP address, user name and password. Select
Check for new firmware to get the latest firmware version.
