WARNING
M ake sure the cable joint is screwed in more
than 8mm ( 0.31in) .
8. Check the throttle for its full-open position
and correct if necessary.
a. Turn the shift handle in gear position.
b. Turn the throttle grip fully open.
c. Check the throttle valve lever so it
contacts the full-opening stopper.

9. Connect the main switch coupler 1 and the
zip tie 2.
N O T E : Fit the main switch coupler to the clamp,
then clamp the wire leads as shown.

10. Connect the following:
1 Extension Wire Harness Coupler
2 Main Switch Wire Lead Couplers
3 Trim Sender Lead Coupler
4 Overheat, Oil Warning Lead Coupler
5 Power Trim/Tilt Switch Lead Coupler
6 Zip Tie
