Saturday, 8:30-15:30 (CET). If you contact us outside these business hours, we
will answer your request on the following working day.
Note:
Due to different filaments the extruder can be blocked. This is not a
quality problem and is outside the range of 400 hours of operation. If this
problem occurs, please contact customer service and carry out cleaning
according to the instructions provided there.
