Power On/Off

ALWAYS CONNECT THE UNIT TO A FIXED POWER SOCKET WHICH HAS THE
DANGER
PROTECTIVE GROUNDING CONNECTOR.
NEVER USE A THREE-TO-TWO PRONG ADAPTER; THIS DEFEATS THE
DANGER
SAFETY GROUND.
ENSURE THAT THE POWER CORD AND PLUG ARE INTACT AND THAT THE
DANGER
POWER PLUG IS THE PROPER HOSPITAL-GRADE TYPE (WHERE REQUIRED).
LOGIQ S8 REQUIRES ALL COVERS.
CAUTION
OPERATE THIS UNIT ONLY WHEN ALL BOARD COVERS AND FLAME PANELS ARE SECURELY
IN PLACE. THE COVERS ARE REQUIRED FOR SAFE OPERATION, GOOD SYSTEM
PERFORMANCE AND COOLING PURPOSES.
NOTICE
User only power supply cords, cables and plugs provided by or designated by GE Healthcare.
NOTICE
After turning off the system, wait at least 10 seconds before turning it on again. The system may not
be able to boot if power is recycled too quickly.
NOTE:
If the battery option is installed (R4 or later)
The extended battery/small battery is charged automatically when the LOGIQ S8 is connected to the
wall outlet via the power cable and circuit breaker is turned on whether the LOGIQ S8 is turned on or in
standby-mode.
But you can turn off the circuit breaker and disconnect the power cable when the battery is charging.
While the extended battery/small battery charging, a fan is running. a fan stops automatically when
battery is fully charged.
While the extended battery charging, the LED is blinking and turn off when the battery is fully
charged.
