2-5-3. Write of Backed Up Information Items
1. Start the service mode. (Refer to Section 5-2.)
2. Click the [Export/Import] button.
An Export/Import screen then appears.
3. Click the [Import|Binary] button.
An "Open fi le" screen then appears.
4. Select the backup fi le, then click the [Open] button.
The backup data is written in the nonvolatile memory on the MA-140 board.

Do not turn off the power or disconnect the USB cable while executing.
5. Click the [System|Info] button.
A System Info screen then appears.
6. Click the [Open] button of the System Information.
A System Information screen then appears.
7. Check that the backed up value is displayed before replacement.
