1-6. Replacing the Main Parts

Tighten the each screw with the torque below.
Tighten torque:
. BVTT3 x 6
0.80 ?0.05 N.m
. BVTT3 x 10 0.80 ?0.05 N.m
. PS2.6 x 5
0.50 ?0.03 N.m
. PS3 x 4
0.80 ?0.05 N.m
. PSW3 x 6
0.80 ?0.05 N.m
. PSW3 x 12
0.80 ?0.05 N.m
1-6-1. Switching Regulator
1. Remove the top panel (C2) assembly. (Refer to Section 1-4-1.)
2. Remove the side panel (R) assembly and side panel (L). (Refer to Section 1-4-2.)
3. Remove the rear panel (C1) assembly. (Refer to Section 1-4-3.)
4. Remove the screw (BVTT3 x 6), then remove the
PSW cover.
5. Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN300) on
the MEC-33 board.
6. Disconnect the two harnesses from the connectors
(CN701 and CN702) on the switching regulator.
7. Remove the four screws (BVTT3 x 6), then remove
the power supply mounting bracket.
8. Remove the two screws (PSW3 x 6) and disconnect
the harness from the connector (CN501) on the switch-
ing regulator, then remove the switching regulator.
9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

When attaching the switching regulator, be careful not
to catch the harness.
