Risk of damage to the hydraulic pumps
The engine may only be started if the valve in the suction line of the hydrau-
lic pumps is open and there is enough hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank.
•
Check the valve on the hydraulic oil tank. Open the valve, if necessary;

Check the oil level. Top up the oil if necessary;
•
To bleed the system (from the crane cab), start the engine and let it idle
for 3 minutes.
•
Check that none of the oil filters is leaking.
•
Release the receptacle (1) at the hexagon
head.
•
Change the filter (2).
•
Replace the gaskets.
•
Fill the receptacle with clean oil and tighten
it – torque 25 Nm (18.5 ft lbf).
